Directions

From M5 Jct 6 at Worcester, take the A449 through Kidderminster and head for Wall Heath/Wolverhampton. On the other side of Wall Heath, at the roundabout take a left onto the Wolverhampton Road and then take a right at the lights onto the B4176. We are past the church and then immediately left of the park gates and lodge house at West Gate.
From the M5, Jct 2, head towards Dudley Zoo and Castle. Follow the A459 and turn left onto The Parade until you reach the roundabout where you need to follow the B4176 until you reach Himley Hall. Pass the main entrance and turn right at the next entrance (West Gate) just past the 'slow' sign on the road. Entrance is left of the lodge house.
Come for a unique glamping experience at Himley Hall Glamping, set in an historic estate with a golf course, fishing lake, sailing, historic house, park and woods. So much to do without even having to drive anywhere.
Onsite, you have your own bathroom during your stay, your own firepit and an endless supply of firewood. Each glamp is furnished tastefully with an eclectic mix of modern, vintage and retro furniture, rugs and throws.
There are so many lovely communal areas to enjoy apart form the secret wood itself, including a pergoda, two decks, two spacious garden rooms, a kitchenette, picnic benches and barbecue area.
There is some brown noise as we are fairly close to an A road but this disappears as you settle in and listen to the bird song and rustling trees.
Tucked away in a walled garden, the original kitchen garden for the great hall, you will think you are a long way from all the hustle and bustle and will truly relax in good company. Everyone is welcome.

Things to do

Beyond Himley Hall Glamping, the hall and park, there is the Black Country Living Museum, Dudley Zoo & Castle, Halfpenny Green Vineyard, Bratch Lock at Wombourne, cave houses at Kinver Edge, Severn Valley Railway at Bridgnorth, the Glass Cone near Stourbridge and none of these are more than a 10 or 20 minute drive away. And just the other side of the park is Baggeridge Park (a 30 minute walk) where you can find a miniature railway, high ropes adventure and children's playground.
