We have just returned from staying here for two days in our motorhome. We were very happy with our stay. The sites has five level pitches for motorhomes/caravans and there is access to hook up 14 amp electricity and a shared use fresh water. tap No facilities for emptying toilet cassettes and grey waste. The site has a good facilities block which was immaculately clean at all times and had clean toilets, good showers, a microwave, kettle, large sinks, fridge and freezer. Good space between each plot. Each plot has its own large picnic bench/table. The site is superbly placed for access up the very quiet lane to Glastonbury Tor and you can walk across footpaths below the Tor into town. You are quite close to a fairly busy road and there is some traffic noise during the day but it was quiet at night. The main road does have a footpath and it is about a mile walk into town but the footpath is narrow so not ideal to walk in on dark nights. The owner was very friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay here again for great access to Glastonbury Tor. Recommended.

Been here a few times in my small micro camper and always found it excellent. Fantastic location at the side of the Tor just minutes walking away. All in camp fee which is useful, esp as I have a dog; my only grouse on the price would be that the fee includes use of the electric Hook Up which for me is superfluous,as not having one:) But ease of access to the Tor wins it for me every time anyway. Splendid brand new shower block, spotlessly clean and now has good temperature of water:) Shame they still have one shower out of operation each side, male/female. If the site ever gets fully booked it would be a rush to get an available one! But maybe they can start a new craze of 'shared showers':) Useful facility of a USB socket and mains sockets too for charging your pc/phone etc. Clean kitchen area with microwave, fridge and freezer. And even a first aid kit:) Owners are friendly and very helpful. And leave you to your own devices too- but be careful of the lawn mowing...one may well come close to you:)) Site well manicured and always tidy with superb recycling facilities to hand. But a dog waste bin please??? Overall price is comparable to others in the area, but being a smaller site and more exclusive gives it a BIG head start in my view. Main road noise is a bit of a nuisance at rush hour but then you cant have everything! Highly recommended site though!! I intend to return.
