Newton Grove is a private, quiet, rural 1.8 acre sloping site, located on the south east edge of the charming Oxfordshire village of South Newington near the Cotswolds. Surrounded by open fields and native woodland (not part of a farm), Newton Grove is an ideal location for relaxing breaks. The site includes almost 1 acre of regularly mown unrestricted grass pitches, with picnic benches and an abundance and diversity of wildlife.

South Newington is a small village that lies approximately 7 miles (11km) north east of Chipping Norton and 6 miles (9km) south west of Banbury on the south bank of the River Swere (M40 9 miles). South Newington retains the character of a small, thriving rural village. Part of the village lies in a conservation area which was designated in 1989. The church is late Norman and is one of only fifteen churches in England to be dedicated to St Peter ad Vincula. The church has become famous for the well preserved wall paintings which are nationally important. The village offers a network of footpaths for walkers. Other amenities include a village garage, garden plant sales, a blacksmith, children’s play area known as “The Poleaxe” including play equipment and a freehouse also offering meals.

Newton Grove is an ideal base for exploring the beautiful villages and historic towns of North Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds. Numerous leisure and cultural activities are to be found in Chipping Norton, Banbury and further afield in Oxford, Warwick and Stratford. If you are a serious shopper you can take a trip to the popular Bicester Village. With easy access to the M40 you are only an hour from Birmingham and an hour and a half from London, so come and enjoy a beautiful tranquil piece countryside.
