Follow the A267 south out of Frant village past the village green on your left down the hill and up the other side, traffic island in the middle of the road on brow of hill, 100 meters on the left-hand side after you pass this island is our turning to Pococksgate farm.

Wherever you choose to roam, you'll be coming back to a well-appointed hut that's got all sorts of handy things provided to make life more comfortable. It's got a wood-burning stove and underfloor heating, plus a sofa, a TV and a kitchen with induction hob, fridge, and microwave. The ensuite bathroom has a shower, toilet, basin, and heated towel rail, and towels provided. Outside the decking area is all set for an alfresco evening, with a table and chairs, plus a firepit that can be used as a barbecue (with firewood included in the price of your stay).
Things to do
In fact, there are lots of reasons to get out and about around here...maybe you'd like to take a tour of some of the area's castles and stately homes, stroll around Bedgebury pinetum, or head to the coast for the day, Hastings, Rye, and Eastbourne are only 45 minutes drive away, or bewel water for fishing and water sports, Sissinghurst Gardens, Chartwell and Hever Castle. Closer to home are several village pubs and cafes within a mile or so for snacks and evening meals.
