DIRECTIONS FOR ROUNDOAK:
It is advisable not to rely on satnavs. Take junction 8 off the M20 Motorway and follow the signs to Leeds Castle. Pass the castle's main entrance and continue through the village of Leeds and through the village of Langley. At the cross roads by the Plough PH and Youngs car sales, turn left towards Sutton Valence and Headcorn.
Continue through Sutton Valence down the steep hill. At the bottom of the hill just before the petrol station and car sales, turn left into Heniker Lane. Continue down this winding lane to the T junction. Turn right passing a row of cottages. After a short distance there are a large set of brown gates, this is Roundoak farm.
Roundoak is a working farm breeding Hebridean sheep and Highland cows set in the heart of the Kentish countryside, south of the county town Maidstone, on the southerly slopes of the Greensand Ridge overlooking the beautiful weald of Kent. The mainly grassland farm now consists of approximately 180 acres including 5 acres of natural oak woodland at Sutton Valence and a further 50 acres just a mile or so away in Ulcombe. The farm also conservation graze in excess of 350 acres throughout central Kent.
We offer a variety of options for motorhome, caravan, tent and now glamping holidays at both Roundoak Farm and its sister farm, Kingsnorth Manor Farm.
We are registered with UK Campsites, Pitch Up, Love Camping and also have certified status as a Caravan Club site.
The site is clean, level and with mowed grass. The caravan pitched area is gated and fenced. Pitches are generous in size. Pitches are served with individual hook-ups, WC and shower facilities are available with small additional charge. All pitches are south facing.
Please note that this is an ADULT ONLY site.
Dogs are welcome, but must be kept under control.
Guests to the farm are encouraged to come and look at the animals by arrangement with the owners.
The farm has home produce including beef, pork and lamb as well as duck and chicken eggs.
Roundoak has also produced bed throughs from the Hebridean wool.

We are in the process of opening an additional site at Kingsnorth Manor Farm.
In partnership with Redrock Living we have also introduced a number of bell tents in order to offer Glamping to our existing selection of caravan and camping holiday options. These quality tents will be fully equipped with log burner, fire-pit, kingsize bed, kitchen and clothes storage.
